Fredrik Eklund’s twins are officially 7 years old!
On Saturday, November 30, the Million dollar quote alum, 47, shared a photo of his twins Milla and Freddy Jr., whom he shares with husband Derek Kaplan, on Instagram as the family celebrated their 7th anniversary together. In the sweet photo, Freddy Jr. is wearing a fluffy brown jacket and wraps his arms around his sister, who smiles while wearing a tan and tan jacket.
“Congratulations Milla & Freddy! 7 years old…it went so fast. We love you more than you will ever know, my little munchkins… ❤️,” he wrote in his caption.

In November 2022, Eklund took his daughter Milla on an epic adventure when he shared a photo on Instagram of the pair at the airport before heading to Sweden for the second year in a row.
Eklund likes to take his son and daughter on separate trips every year to spend individual time with them.
“It’s time for that special annual Dada-Milla trip for just the two of you! The children could choose anywhere in the world and Milla chose Sweden again for the second year in a row!” Eklund wrote alongside a sweet photo of the smiling father-daughter duo.
“She says she loved the pancakes there the most – I hope we get some snow! ❄️ Wish me luck when we go from LA to Stockholm and back in 4 days – and it’s 14 hours via Cooenhagen with a 5 year old ,” he continued. “But as you can see she is so excited and you know how important I think it is to split twins and give them their own special time on these trips.”
Shortly after that vacation, Eklund shared photos of his son’s travel choice: Hawaii.
“Dada/son weekend away,” Eklund captioned a photo of him and son Freddy Jr., holding hands while wearing matching floral robes.
The real estate agent also captured some adorable photos of his son walking on the beach in his spa robe, playing in the beautiful blue water and enjoying the “sushi and ice cream” he wanted to eat.
Freddy Jr. also enjoyed a very sudsy hot tub in their hotel room and pointed out stingrays in the ocean.
