Lizzo styles it for Thanksgiving!
On Friday, November 29, the 36-year-old singer posted photos to Instagram of herself looking chic in a figure-hugging orange dress — amid her recent weight loss — as she celebrated Thanksgiving at home.
“You weren’t the only ones eating yesterday 😮💨,” Lizzo joked in the caption.
In the snap, the ‘Special’ singer held up her phone to take a selfie as she stood in a dressing room wearing an orange off-the-shoulder maxi dress with large floral prints from Hanifa, on sale for $184, and her hair up in a braided crown.
Lizzo also shared a close-up photo and video of herself in the carousel post, showing off her makeup look, which consisted of a brown smokey eye, rosy pink blush and a nude lip.

In a previous post, the “It’s About Damn Time” hitmaker gave followers a glimpse of her well-prepared Thanksgiving meal in a funny video as she sang a line from the film adaptation of the musical Bad.
“Watch me defy gravity with these greens & turkey wings bitch 😫,” Lizzo captioned the clip, referencing the lyrics of “Defying Gravity.”
The music video started with a zoomed-in shot of creamy mashed potatoes in a white bowl on a kitchen island. The camera then panned across the table to reveal more cooked dishes consisting of macaroni and cheese laid out in a silvery tray, followed by sweet potatoes and assorted meats, including slices of turkey.

Lizzo’s Thanksgiving posts come as she has continued to document her weight-loss journey on social media in recent months.
Two days before the holiday, the singer posted a video of her working out at the gym in preparation for the holiday on TikTok.
“I’m getting ready because I’m eating at least three plates tomorrow 🤪,” she captioned the clip.
The video showed a sweaty Lizzo dressed in a black catsuit and a black sweater as she did lunges in what appeared to be her home gym. She then appeared in the next clip doing squats while holding some weights and using a medicine ball.
In September, the musician responded to an Instagram follower who questioned whether she was taking Ozempic, the FDA-approved prescription drug for people with type 2 diabetes, in an effort to lose weight.
The carousel post included a video of her smiling at the camera, and she cheekily captioned it, “When you finally get Ozempic charges after 5 months of weight training and a calorie deficit.” The clip was also supported by a popular TikTok audio from Christoph Waltz’s character Django unleashed saying, “It’s like a reward.”
